Ellen Osler (Hamilton)

Ellen Osler is a Community Residential Facility funded through Correctional Services Canada and the Salvation Army. They provide chaplaincy services, addictions counselling, and other life skills. Their services are available to women transitioning out of incarceration and into the community.
