Circles of Support and Accountability (CoSA) - Peterborough

CoSA is a community-based solution to address the problem of offenders who are released back into the community. Circles provide a safe space for members to share their frustrations and challenges, to celebrate their successes and to receive feedback on things that they are facing in their life.
