Queen West - Central Toronto Community Health Centre

The Queen West – Central Toronto Community Health Centre provides medical services to those without the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP). They are open for appointments before 9 AM and after 4 PM. Their Shout Clinic serves homeless and street-involved youth 16-24. There is no catchment area restrictions for homeless or under-housed people, or for dental or harm reduction services.

They serve College St to Lake Ontario, Dovencourt Rd to University Ave, extend north to Dupont Ave and east to Yonge St for non-OHIP insured clients.
