Toronto Harbour Light Ministries - Men’s Concurrent Disorder Treatment Program

HLM Men’s Concurrent Disorder Treatment Program consists of a live-in component, day program component, community treatment component and a Continuing Care program. The live-in treatment program has the capacity for 36 clients with support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for 8-12 weeks. The program is concurrent disorders and trauma -informed capable and accepts men/self-identifying men or non-binary individuals on opiate substitution therapies.

Accepting people into to the program according to the following criteria:

• Men, self-identifying men or non-binary individuals
• 18 years of age or over
• Self-identifies with a substance use or concurrent disorder
• Stabilized on Opiate Replacement Therapies (Methadone/Suboxone)
